Where big ideas and dreams start from one of the smallest neighbourhoods in the city. When I first started eating dim sum here some twenty years ago, I was amazed by the small size of the neighbourhood, especially for a community that comes from one of the biggest and most populated places in the world. Until I came to a realization that the noise and crowds and size of a neighbourhood is not what makes its happiness. My wish for Chinatown is to always prosper joyfully through a vibrant community that keeps it alive and rich in activities, gatherings, and celebrations. To get big by community, not by street size.
